Our Frederique Constant Flyback Chronograph “DailyWatch” is our perfect daily watch

Upon the success of our first collaboration with Frederique Constant to create the perfect daily watch, which sold out within 48 hours, we are delighted to announce its younger sibling. This time it comes with a charcoal grey dial and a black strap. Follow the link at the bottom of the page for a detailed look into what this piece is all about and how you can purchase it.

A Swiss Made movement

The FC-760 chronograph calibre from Frederique Constant is simpler, smoother and more reliable than conventional flyback systems. The conventional flyback mechanism is based on a set of several column wheels that act as a system of clutches. The FC-760 calibre that operates the Flyback Chronograph Manufacture dispenses with this complexity, replacing the standard column wheel with a star-shaped wheel. This results in a thinner movement with fewer parts and operations.

High degree of sophistication

Pressing the pusher at 4 o’clock declutches the chronograph’s movement and resets it. Once the pusher is released, the movement and the chronograph re-engage and the chronograph restarts. Frederique Constant has spent no fewer than 6 years of development to attain this degree of sophistication. The Flyback module accounts for just 96 of the entire movement’s 233 parts, making it one of the most efficient flyback modules in the world, as well as one of the most affordable, thanks to its ingenious, patented construction. You can admire the FC-760 calibre through the sapphire crystal case back and will attract the admirer of fine watches.

Why you should own a Rolex GMT-Master II

Rolex released the GMT-Master II in 2013, with a black and blue bezel made out of a single piece of ceramics. It was another worlds’ first in the books of the crowned brand. This GMT-Master II (ref. 116710BLNR), nicknamed ‘batman’ was a very unexpected release. At the time I was interested in the green Submariner […]
